Ginger has worked as a news anchor and reporter for KELO-TV, on-camera talent and producer for South Dakota Public Broadcasting and as co-owner/producer for TV Productions, Inc. In addition to her SDSU teaching role, she is the producer of "On Call with the Prairie Doc," owner of a website development company, and inventor of "The Doorhickey."
